        I came across a post on chandigarh subreddit where a guy offered pizza to an on-duty policeman in lieu of ticket. Not for hate or negative thoughts but as a curiosity, doesn’t it violate the rules?

              Exchange of currency or goods both are means of bribing

                Yes per definition any service/good exchange in lieu of favour is a bribe.

                Intact most bribes are taken this way, without an actual exchange of cash.

                So what the guy did was indeed a violation of rules
