February 19, 2025 at 8:52 amSo I found that .ai domain of healthkart and blu smart cabs were up for grab and bought them. Healthkart and blu-smart would likely want to own these domains as all the companies do.However, with recent drama about jiohotstar domain I want to know what is the legal angle to it? Can I reach out to companies to sell the domain?

February 23, 2025 at 2:19 pmBut I have no intentions of using their trademark to sell but rather I am happy to transfer it to them. I have reached out to multiple lawyers and they have said itβs okay to reach out to them-

February 23, 2025 at 3:57 pmI thought you said you are happy to ‘transfer them for some profits’. Fancy way of saying ‘sell it to them’. So yeah they will most probably go to court and since it is domain squatting, you’ll be forced to hand it over
