Dot in birth certificate and space in aadhar and other docs

  So if my name is Jane Doe
  My birth certificate says D.Jane and aadhar/pan/10/12 certificate says D Jane
  
  Will ‘.’ in my birth certificate cause significant problems? Is it easy to get it corrected?

  nope pretty easy to get it corrected just get it done on aadhar card

  I would suggest having consistency across all documents. Since the birth certificate is the only outlier, you should change it in the birth certificate.
  
  The government can be an ass about the smallest issue.
  
  When another round of something like CAA and NRC happens, you’ll be targeted.
