Double amount deducted from ICICI fast tag

Normally the toll for the distance I travel is 60 rupees but when I checked around 175 rupees was deducted . And this has happened 2-3 times before as well when I checked .
When I called the customer care , the person was quite unhelpful , even cussed me out when she thought she cut the call (lol) and now they are saying they’ll get back to me in 25 days .
What do I do ?

Raise a service req with your fasttag provider and you’re all good.
