Drunk drive but not me!

Few weeks ago my brother got caught for drunken drive near Hauz Khas at 11. The brown uniform police issued a Challan but the amount on Challan was 0. Later I checked online at Delhi Traffic Police website it shows pending at court. The thing is the car was mine but the license was my brother’s.

So I want to know what will happen now? Who has to pay the Challan? And how much can it be reduced to? And what should I do now?

It’s the drunk driver, not the owner of car, that will have to pay.
