E commerce scam, how to get refund kindly help

Hi I bought a furniture from a company called teak lab and they said they will ship the furniture within one month from the date of purchase and when I communicated to the guy he also said the same thing and now after one month if I try to connect with him he is not responding for the last week and I feel he is trying to scam me I bought the furniture through his website, what I can do here to get my money back kindly help me
