Joined small startup office in October 24 as Front end developer, he said in interview that give me 6k so I agreed cause I’m fresher graduated in May24, but he says for first month he gives me 5k only for training period ( though he didn’t gave me any training cause he doesn’t know how to attach file in email),
For October he gives me 3.2k after cutting 3 days of leave, then he gave my November salary 5k not 6k in December 24th and my mind of out of control so I resigned that Day instant, but the Main problem is he didn’t want to give me my December pay so please help me with legal actions.

Legal action for 5k would cost more than that. Think of it as a lesson/donation and forget it.

Most lawyers are unemployed and looking for work. Its really cheap to hire a good lawyer. Also its not about the money itd about sending a message. The more these scam guys get locked up the more they start working properly.

Write a complaint to the labour department. A legal case would be costly for you.

My suggestion: Go to his office, take him to an area where there is no CCTV, give him a tight slap and rum. Definitely worth 5k๐Ÿคฃ

Very sure you weren’t an employee at the first place you were on contractual hire . Thus I doubt you can even initiate any legal actions. As govt min pay is around 15k to 18k per month.

Not worth the time & effort.

Also you are in India & not US. Here a normal court case stretches atleast by 2years where in every time lawyer reprsents you will charge money . Even for simple consultation lawyer will charge atleast โ‚น1000 to โ‚น2000 . So is it feasible for you ???
