February 4, 2025 at 7:39 amHello Everyone,I am working in a MNC and signed a bond worth 3 lac rupees for 4 years tenure. It is signed on a Stamp Paper.
I have worked for 6 months and the job role plus the working conditions are not that good. I want to resign and don’t want to pay the bond amount.
I don’t even want the experience Letter.
I have 2 questions :
1. Will this affect anywhere in my Visa Process for further education in a foreign country ?
2. How to avoid paying the bond amount ?
Also there is no mention of Notice period on the Letter of Intent and Bond so is it okay to leave immediately ?What to mention in the resignation letter too ?
Kindly help.
P.S. I just got my 6 month variable pay and now I want to leave.

February 4, 2025 at 8:02 amHeard there is a registry maintained by India IT industry association companies to report such cases. If thatβs true then it may have future bearing if you try for a role in future within Indian MNCs or WITCH companies overseas offices.
So be calculative before taking any step. 3L is not a big deal amount to jeopardise future opportunities when you have your entire working career ahead of you.
