Eureka forbes not providing services inspite of AMC

5 days back, I raised a new service request with Eureka Forbes for repairing the LED which they damaged during normal servicing.

On Eureka forbes app it says within 1 day service request will be attended to but no one has come so far.

Chat support is bot only and paid customer care which is also of not much use.

I escalated the issue to greivance team but apparently it is also automated template response with no actual action being taken.

What are my options? How can I make Eureka forbes honour their contract?

Not a lawyer

But you can file a complaint in CPGRAMS. The company executives will reach you in 1 or 2 days

Is this portal for privates companies as well or only government departments?
