UHi everyone,
I need some advice regarding a situation with my ex that has been going on for the past 2–3 years.I have already changed my phone number 3 times because of him, and he currently does not have my number. I have never responded to his messages or calls and have always blocked him everywhere.
However, every few months (usually around every 6 months), he starts contacting my sibling asking to talk to me. Recently, he has even called one of my parents, which made me really uncomfortable and anxious.
There has been no encouragement from my side at all. I’ve made it very clear through blocking and no contact that I do not want any communication.
At this point, I genuinely don’t know what to do.
Can this be considered harassment?
Should I file a complaint or send some kind of legal warning?
Any advice on how to handle this legally or safely would really help.

Uafter 2 or 3 years of complete blocking and no response it stops looking like someone just trying to reconnect once and starts feeling more like a pattern he refuses to let go of. the fact that he moved from trying to contact you directly to reaching out to siblings and parents is probably why it now feels invasive instead of just annoying. good thing is you have a long history of no contact because that makes the situation clearer than messy on off communication cases. have your family members been saving screenshots call logs or recordings of these attempts or were most of them just blocking and deleting things till now
