January 15, 2025 at 6:07 amHello People,My father [60M] has been admitted to the psych ward due to immense work stress. Over the last week or so he had become disillusioned, ranting the same thing over and over again. Getting aggressive, and violent. He even tried to self-harm himself by talking about going near a lake at night. We were able to track him down after he crashed his car into a cement pile, and he was trying to dig the road to free the car.
Over the last couple of years, he has been working for a company that does infra projects, and he was not getting paid for it, he was running around for it by using my money. As the project was closing and things settled in with funding and so, his business partner has pushed him away, and my father has completely gone into a state of shock, we had a complete showdown at the hospital with doctors trying to restrain him. He is not in a position to speak as he’s gone bonkers and his business partner is not giving us any information and claims everything is okay and your father is just stressed out.
Is there a way where we can make the company pay for this? The business partner claims that he is very powerful who knows DyCM, Amit Shah etc. ( Which we know is BS ). But on the other hand they have not officially signed any contracts with my dad and have cheated him. How do we deal with this? Please any inputs can help us, our family is going through a lot rite now!
Edit: Before this incident happened, he was registered as a Director of a company under a parent company.
