Father name Mismatch in 10th and 12th marksheet

Guys I need help to know about the things I can do to resolve the issue

My father name is ” X kumar ” in 10th marksheet and in 12th marksheet it’s ” X kumar sahu ”

I checked in my other documents and his documents his legal name everywhere is ” X kumar sahu ” only

How can I add ” Sahu ” to my father’s name in marksheet I’m feeling so depressed thinking becuz of this I won’t be able to get govt and later on ill feel problems with passport
Please suggest ways to rectify this ,

P.s: I live in ncr region

Check their website, they must have provided a telephone number or email ID. Use that or if you can meet the clerks in your school, they too can guide you.

Go there with all docs. See what they say. Sarkari office hai. Do teen chakkar toh lagenge.

Brother can I go to the one which is in ip extension, pass padega mereko ye wala preet vihar Noida side ha and I live in yellow line

Bhai preet vihar wala hi ip extension mein hai. Dono ek hi hai.

Oh, toh mujhe Dilli haat se ip extension jana chaiye right ya fir Rajiv chowk se preet vihar jau direct konsa better rahega ?

Man it was dummy school idts they will help me since I wasn’t regular student there
I studied from X school and gaved exams from X school they were linked that time
