Female family member filing for divorce – maiden surname or married surname while applying for divorce filing sheet?

Looking for answers to this question for a female family member. Family member’s legal name on passport includes her married surname. Should the divorce filing have the legal name or can it be maiden name ? Thanks in advance!

Usually it is the name that is present in aadhar, pan or other valid documents. Not a lawyer, but may need the name as in the marriage certificate for this case. Best to confirm with a lawyer. Lawyer asked me for Aadhar and marriage certificate for court. For men it is all same so not sure which one is used.
