There is an old DTCP layout with areas marked for park, shop and crèche. Some political affiliated people have changed one of the above mentioned areas and are selling the area as plot to be developed for housing. Is there a way to file a case to ensure that the status of the land is maintained as it is?

I am ready to pay for the same without revealing my identity as I don’t want to get into a tussle with these political parties

Not by me directly though. More like a public interest litigation by any other lawyer. As this piece of land is not mine but earmarked by the Town planning commission to be a creche
