Flipkart minutes fraud
So I order cp plus camera of 1400 rs while checking out I made payment but I failed andand I tried again and it did happen from my side but not updated on app showing cash on delivery i immediately contacted they customer service and one of their executive said make payment again to deliver guy your previous payment will get refund automatically so when delivery guy came I explained him situation and he said it’s happens many time don’t worry it will get refund so I paid them again after 1 days when I don’t get refund i contacted customer service and they are saying they only received 1 payment and 1 payment showing it failed i explain them situation again after the said contact your bank so i did it also my bank gave me receipt showing both payment have been made successfully and I again contacted flipcart now they are transferring the call to person to person saying my senior will talk and I had to explain all the situation 6-7 person again and again after that I gave up

Tdlr: made double payment for same order but flipkart denied they received 2 payment, bank also gave me receipt of payment successfully , what should I do

Communicate with them on email. If they don’t respond file consumer complaint.
