★So I ordered a fridge on April 5th through Flipkart PAYLATER EMI option .
★They delivered fridge on 12th April with lots of damge and dents.
★My father recieved the item
★I requested for return of item on April 12 and after approval of item return , they cancelled the return by themselves saying delivery partner cancelled it.
★ I again requested return on April 21, they did the same thing and blamed delivery partner.
★ Since the return period was closed, I did call for customer support and asked him to raise a return request because it wasn’t me who is cancelling return request.
★The Customer Service guy did raise a return request for me
★The return request got again cancelled on May 3rd.

Now Since PAYLATER due date is 5th May. What should I do.
They have said that they’ll provide resolution by May 5th.
I already posted on X when I recieved the damaged item and they were not responding to return.
Should I pay the installment or wait.
I really don’t know to how to deal this situation.

Write complaint to consumer court online and cggram portal so that they act fast or else they wont replace it as return windows are closed

Drop it to flipkart hub this is only way you can get money back.

I have ordered a mirror I received broken I applied for replace and again replaced mirror was broken so I applied for refund but they were not picking my item so I took it took flipkart hub near me and then they proceeded my refund.
