Flipkart seller delivered damaged Ac twice and refused refund.

  Omnitechretail, a Delhi-based seller on Flipkart, sold me a damaged AC. It was picked up, but instead of a refund, they tried sending back the same unit as a replacement. I rejected the delivery and asked for a refund.
  
  Despite sharing photos/videos as proof, Flipkart says the seller denied the refund. The damaged AC is still with Ekart, and it’s been over a month with no resolution from Flipkart.
  
  I’m planning to file a fraud complaint at Mongolpuri Police Station, Delhi. Is there anything else I can do to escalate this?

  Hi. I’m a Delhi based lawyer. I doubt that the police will interfere with this issue. Send them a notice or something first and then see what works best.

  Raise a consumer complain in portal. It has worked for me previously when a seller was refusing return.

  I worked as a Ekart delivery man. Please don’t be rude. It’s tough fucking job. Ekart office will never refund you. They will pressurise the delivery man to refund. We are responsible for the package. If it’s gone then we have to pay from our pocket. So please be a little kind towards the delivery man.

  Why order from flipkart when you can get it from any local electronics shop with better service and accountability.

  Lawyer here in high court of Delhi. Send a legal notice and ask for your money along with compensation for mental harassment. If they won’t respond, file a consumer.
