February 27, 2025 at 3:05 pmSo,I recently bought a product on Flipkart called triclenz shampoo. It was for 522 when it is normally for 590. And this is wayyyyy out of my budget but my hair really, really needs it. I am just a student. I ordered it and I love in my campus,so the security took it and I collected it the day after.
This product is very clearly a fake and I really can’t afford another one. I talked to 5 call service providers,they just don’t lift the call again and keep gaslighting me that it is what I ordered despite me already having bought the same product multiple times in medical stores
Here is why I think it is a fake
–it does not have a barcode
–tge bottle is transparent instead of being opaque and white
— it doesn’t have the pharmacy name
— the label stickers are a bit lopsided like some guy sticked them on
I really need help with this situation πππ. Please help. This is very frustrating and I have no idea how to deal with this
I would add pictures of real and fake beside eachother but for some reason,I cannot here
Please guys, somehow help me with this,ik this is a trivial issue but to me,this is genuinely something I can’t afford or deal with. The flipkart service callers drained me emotionally and I am on the verge of crying
UPDATE 1:I just privately dmed their insta and the dude first said he will look into it,then he said share the order details and after that,he said the item is non returnable and that he will notify the seller so such things do not repeat again. I replied saying that the product literally doesn’t have a barcode, it’s clearly a fake and that I will tag everyone on X and go to consumer court and that I will literally create an insta public page just posting about all the customer complaints that people post about flipkart on social media. I will 10000%% do that,just out of hatred for this useless dumbass company. This is definitely NOWHERE NEAR amazon. Shit ass company -

March 2, 2025 at 6:33 pmThe best thing to do is to file a complaint on the NCH (National consumer helpline) . It will definitely solve ur problem.If not comfortable online. U can call their grievance no.
It will take some time to connect the call
But the representative r very responsive and helpful.Hope u will get ur refund.

Their representatives were shit.I recorded the shampoo and posted a video on twitter (X) showing that it is clearly a fake while comparing it to the real bottle I own. They replied but kept delaying and dodging while saying they will be in touch.Another one of my products also got delivered the next day,which is supposed to be a 1 litre liquid detergent but I got a packet the size of my hand instead,so I recorded and sent that to them while opening and then and only then did they process it. They didn’t refund my money yet but it’s in process-

I had a decent good experience with them though… I guess it depends on the company u r filing the complaint against.
I filed against Amazon & reliance retail at different occasions.. and the issue was resolved.
