unbelievable!!!! Instead of Xiaomi 11t pro I got micromax dead, damged phone. So got I raised complaint fighted for 8 days finally got a call from flipkart they cant do anything!! I have the recording saying that we cant help if Ekart does something wrong!!! And since the product is damaged and from different brand they are saying you cant select multiple reasons for return so we cant take it. Wow!! What a response. So how should I file a case against them?

But if it’s Flipkart, then it will be Open Box Delivery, right?

Request Flipkart to share IMEI of phone if they had shared and include that in your police complaint. Start with FIR. It can be delivery guy scam, or seller scam

I just read that open box delivery for electronics is mandatory but it is available at selected pincodes only so OP must not had an option while making the purchase. Hope OP has made a video of unboxing.

For how much you bought that out of production phone. You bought an out of production phone from a none flipkart assured seller when you could have bought a newer generation but you fall for unrealistic price of that phone and now crying because of your negligence. Online shopping is not about seeing anything on sale and just pay and order, you have to check product and itโ€™s regular price check its seller and more things

This has to be an open box delivery and OP messed up at the time of accepting the package. Nothing can be done

I faced a similar issue with an open-box delivery from **Ecart (Flipkart’s delivery partner)** for four cookware items. They arrived late at **9:45 PM**, hurried through the delivery, and showed me four items, including an extra lid (making it 5). They left Before I could check properly.

They initially ignored my calls, but after multiple missed attempts, they finally answered an hour later and told me to raise a complaint. **Ecart doesnโ€™t seem reliableโ€”Iโ€™ve had issues with them before.** Luckily, after a lot of back-and-forth with customer service and a snapshot taken by the delivery agents, I got my missing product back after **10 days**.

Still, I trust **Amazon** more for my purchases.
