I took a personal loan, Become property less, Jobless, and unable to earn my bread at my own.
The Bank filed NI-138 WILLFULL DEFAULTER CASE, I explained my incapabilities to repay by any means except selling my body parts, Court is not convinced and the judge indirectly telling that they are not judges but employees to follow instructions written in Law books.

Any remedy in Indian law for me?
Or The Indian Laws forcing me ( like millions of citizens do every year) to commit sui—-. ?
Suddenly being poor is crime in India?

I don’t know what the law is in this regard, but please try seeking out pro-bono lawyers where you are. Most big Indian cities have some lawyers who do some pro-bono work, and maybe in other locations will have, too.
