Forced UPI Transactions

I was forced in a life threatening situation to make multiple UPI transactions on someone’s QR code. The transactions amount to 50k. What are my options here to get my money and also take some legal route which I want to avoid. Any help or advice is appreciated.

File and FIR, go to the nearest police station, then go to cyber police
