What should i do

I’m a software developer.
And when i resigned
They wanted me to work even after the notice period also (forcefully) just because their project was not yet completed (because they didn’t get the hardware on time).

If not find a local lawyer and send a legal notice for forcing you to work illegally or some shit.And grow a bone people can talk shit about you not about your parents. You should have filed some complaints to the hr and if the actions were not taken you should have it to police station.

January 18, 2025 at 6:09 amSend them a formal email acknowledging everything you’ve done beyond what you needed to do as per your agreement, and highlight the abuse done towards you and your parents and state that you are uncomfortable going back to the office. Ask them for the FF settlement and to release all your documents failing which, you will be filing a legal suit. Most companies do not want to waste time and money pursuing legal suits. If they don’t oblige, you’ll have to get in touch with a corporate lawyer.-

2. Does your contract mentions exit interview?
3. When did they inform you that you need to take an exit interview?
4. The mail you sent to them regarding online exit interview and the their reply to it.-

January 18, 2025 at 7:06 amAh okay. First write a mail in similar lines to them-Sub: Reminder letter to pay balance dues of Rs64k, experience letter and relieving letter of (your name).
Reference: E-Mails (Your resignation mail letter) dt. & (their acceptance mail) dt.
Sir,I m writing this mail to remind you to pay my due salary of Rs64k, and (documents) which ought to have been received by me on dt. 21.dec.2024 on completion of my notice period.
Sir, I’ve tendered my resignation vide mail dt. And it was accepted vide mail dt. I served my notice period till dt. As per terms of my contract. But till date neither have i received my Due salary of Rs. 64k nor I’ve received my (documents).
Further, you, vide e-mail dt.6.01.25 asked me to take part in an “exit interview ” and when i informed you that I would not be able to physically take the interview Due to my personal contingencies, you, vide call dt. , informed me that i would not get my documents and balance Due back without giving the exit interview.
This act of you withholding my balance Due and documents after the resignation has been accepted by you and after completing the notice period is blatantly illegal and constitutes harassment.
I hereby request you, for the final time, to kindly release my balance Due of rs64k and (such and such) documents within 7 days of receipt of this e-mail, failing which i would be constrained to take legal action to recover my balance dues and documents.
I hope you will act reasonably so as to prevent future litigation.
