January 24, 2025 at 12:27 pmSo i found a small but sharp wire in one of my prescribed tablets. I have all the photo and video evidence. I also have the bill. And I also have kept the faulty tablet as evidence. I had just bought it yesterday from a hospital’s pharmacy. How and Where do I file a formal complaint against the pharmaceutical company and its manufacturer? Is there a way i can get compensation? -

January 24, 2025 at 12:43 pmYou can always go to consumer court, but before that, try finding some contact information of the company and let them know that this happened. Most of the time companies provide a solution, but if it’s not satisfactory you can send a notice to the company via your lawyer and file a case in consumer court. While the consumer court case may compensate you with a good amount, chances are it would go on for a while, but since you’ve kept the evidence of purchase and everything you might have an edge in this case. Make sure to claim compensation for mental harassment and legal expenses if you decide to go for a court case.
