Fraud at Keventers

On 23rd February, I ordered a Belgian Chocolate Ice-Cream Shake at Keventers Pacific Mall, Dehradun outlet on my trip to Mussoorie and though i felt the bill was somewhat high but I didn’t notice and put it in my wallet.

Today I ordered the same drink from my local Keventers and it costed me almost half of what I paid in Dehradun so I checked the bill and noticed there are 2 extra items on the bill which i didn’t ask to add and neither they served me those items along with the shake. What should I do now?

Next time check the bill before paying. Good lesson for you for a small price. I don’t think there’s anything that you can do to prove this.

Paid from Card? Then raise chargeback for Goods/services not as described.

its likely not fraud must have been a mistake they are humans and not perfect. either charge back through your bank or reach out to keventeers support for a refund

Keventers customer care doesn’t exist they come online like twice a year
