Fraudulent behaviour by a Popular Hotel Aggregator

Hello there!
I need advice regarding fraud behaviour by a hotel aggregator.

I booked my hotel for the coldplay concert near the venue around two months ago. The amount was paid and booking confirmation was received.

Yesterday, I get a call from the aggregator informing me that the booking has to be cancelled as the hotel is sold out.

While I informed them that my booking was confirmed 2 months ago, I check the hotel on the same aggregator and it was still available but for 10x the price.

The aggregator tried to offer me different hotels claiming all different excuses but the hotel they’re offering are 15-20KM from the venue where as my hotel was 4KM.

I have all the video recording of the hotel showing available and call recording from their team saying the hotel is still available but now the price is high so they can’t give it.

Do I have a basis to sue the company and will it hold as the company is one of the big corp in the field?

TLDR; Booked a hotel with a aggregator 2 months ago. Yesterday they cancel and tell me it’s sold out but on their website they’re selling it for 10x more price.

Not really there fault when hotel did this practice, read t/c such scenerio of hotel canceling booking would probably be mentioned in that.
