French kissed my date inside the PVR lobby. Will I get in trouble?

Was about to return after the movie inside a mall and in the PVR lobby while leaving, felt like doing it and went for it. Got back to my mind when I saw everyone including guards starting at us and Obv it would have been caught on camera.
Later I talked about it with him and he was confident and assured it’s not illegal at all but now when I tried googled it, some of it says it’s illegal under 294 and some says it’s not illegal by Supreme court. Would appreciate if someone could actually explain the ground reality for my peace of mind/losing my peace.

you got saved by not getting insulted by the security infront of everyone. Had seen a similar case in PVR where the security started scolding the couple and they had to leave in mid of the movie break.

really, it was so insulting for them as security was shouting at them. They were so embarrassed as everyone was looking at them and left. How would they fight with the security that this not illegal ?

Infact what people do not know is that all PVR have cameras focused on the audience to check if anyone is recording the movie, while they get cozy thinking its dark and no one will notice.

In one of the fast food center a couple thought they were alone on its 1st floor seating, and got more than cozy. The owner had cameras and came and based the guy so bad for doing that at his restaurant. Who could they complain to ?

In India its better to treat your gf as sister when in public 🙂

Yea whoever saw that would probably have seen something like that multiple times already and is bored.

Also theatres have night vision cameras too. They can see you making out inside the theatre too.

It wasn’t inside the theatres. Close to the area where the guards scan you. Anyways I’m convinced by the other comments.

Nowadays, they have security cameras in some theaters to stop piracy. Some employees might upload it or the theater might take action but it rarely happens. But be careful next time

Chill.. This won’t be a big trouble.. People there have seen lot more than a french kiss😅.. Nothing will be charged against you.. If those guys were pissed seeing you guys kissing then there would have been some kind of spat..

Next time you do something like this make sure it’s a comfortable place even if it is in public

Considering the disappointment movies these days are, you might have been the best source of entertainment for most people that night.

Btw PDA is still illegal but no one raised a complaint. Hence, nothing to worry.
