Friend Location: Latur Maharashtra

Money sent : 20k inr online

Friend promised to return it in 4 days it has been 2 months no sign of money

I have whatsapp text saying he will return the money in X days but nothing happens.

I followed up neary every day, then every week but no progress not even in installments.

I do not want to climb the stairs of courts because of the mental and physical strain that will cause for it not worth it for 20k. Can I file a cyber complaint for this issue, and will it help my case?

Why so quick to go legal when you’re calling him your friend? May be he’s got some exigencies. Try talking to him, but if you feel he’s fooling you, then you can think of taking other steps.
