QMe(27M) and my Gf(25F), we met on Hinge & we dated for about ~3months.
We were at our respective hometowns for vacation and had an argument which turned out to be a Compatibility issue and things started going sideways since then and we decides to breakup over text.
But post that, within Hours she said she changed her mind over those expectations & wanted to get back & I didn’t find it convincing enough, so I didn’t agree but when she kept on pestering me over text, I blocked her over WhatsApp.
Here comes the crazy part, she then texted my roommates about filing a Police complaint against me claiming “Getting intimate over False promise of marriage” which is absolutely nonsense as there were No such promises & even she knows that.
And once I unblocked her & gave her a Call in middle of a working day, She then said it was all in Anger and she just wanted a way to reach out and this particular incident added more to my decision of breaking up and Now I am 200% sure of not getting back w her, coz obviously now I’ve trust issues.
The same was communicated to her when we met in Person after our vacation and the same thing was repeated in person which was done over Chat. It has been just 2-3days since the F2F meet and although she does trynna call or text at Odd hours, I don’t respond & I’m following a complete No contact.
But I want advice on what if she goes crazy & actually reaches out to Police, what should be my next steps ??
P.S- Both of our Parents know that we were Dating and also about the Breakup but not about the police threat & I even have the SS of the chats where she has confessed that the Threats were purely out of Anger.

RDocument all evidence, tell your parents, consult a lawyer and then known police through your contacts network and report it legally to cover yourself from any future mood swings.
With their consultation figure out if her parents ought to be informed or just the legal filing at appropriate police locales.
Prevention is better than cure. Build your pre emptive arsenal before she makes any sneak attacks again. She’s unhinged based on your write up n

CBecause consent wont matter in case of “pretext of marriage” clause and he would be arrested nontheless (non bailable offence) in that case he could get a lawyer and try to file anticipatory bail

UFIR will be filed and you will be treated as an accused.
You have to wait till chargesheet is filed so you will be at jail.
Everyone will try to make money. So even if you are innocent and everyone is aware of that, case would be filed. It will become your duty to justify that there was no promise made. Chargesheet will be case diary that will have evidences to what has been mentioned under FIR and it’s gonna take 2-3 months. But before that you will be at jail. Unless you get bailed. -

UGather proofs
Record all your conversation in your phone.
Keep the conversation on the cloud also and share it with close relations to you, incase you get into jail those can be used for getting bail.
Keep secondary phone also. And while going to police station in future go with lawyer or with someone don’t go alone.
You will be needed to submit the phone. So submit the secondary one. Give primary phone to close ones so that it can be used that no false promise was done and since recording is on device there is no foulplay of involving AI. And also before doing that consult with the lawyer whether it’s okay as it can be consider as a tampering with the evidences that’s why I said keep the copy over cloud and share it to someone you trust who can give these to lawyer.
Delete the number before taking screenshot. I will say better to use screen recorder app and record the chat and store the copy to cloud and pass it your close ones.
Be cautious and try to get anticipatory bail. If you get no notice and detained directly, option for the AB will be gone.
You will be kept for 14 days under judicial custody and then session court will start bail hearing if your lawyer submits the application for bail.
Session court usually reject the bails. So assume you will be in jail for 1 month and then you have to apply to HC it’s gonna take 2 weeks to 1 month to get bail on bail conditions.You need a proof that no false promise was done and it was all consensual.

UNever get intimate with a girlfriend unless you are damn sure that she is the one who you’re gonna marry to. In case if things go haywire, these girls have the privileges to book a false rape case on us even if there is no promises made of marriage. This is our Indian law. Crazy. So never get intimate with a girlfriend unless you are sure about marriage.

DDocument all the evidence, but don’t give her anymore reinforcement in the form of attention. Everytime you panic and call her, she feels satisfied with herself for getting exactly what she wanted. People like this are so frustrating to deal with and don’t realise how evil their actions are and will blame everyone but themselves.

Eno need to worry since you met on hinge which is not matrimonial website so there is no point of false promise of marriage..check recent delhi hc order – hinge,tinder etc are not matrimonial site so there is no point of false promise of marriage…even if you made false promise of marriage then it is not also any crime most of the people dont understand this law..to be convicted under false promise of marriage it should be proven that you never intended to marry victim AND sexual intercourse should solely based on that promise of marriage(not any other like girls personal likeness, consensual causal sex etc..) , since from your story its clear case of relationship gone sour which is not any crime, and she is just acting like other weak person who cant handle breakup!
but i advice you to take ss of all imp chats and other proof and connect with some mra :- deepika bhardwaj, ncm, shonee kapoor on x, linkdin so that if by mistake she ever file false case on you then these guys will teach her a lesson for life so that she never made that mistake in her life.
you can also file bns 351 criminal intimidation case against her rn, and if she file any counter fake case then show these proofs get your fir quashed and again file packages of counter case against her including civil charges like bns -356, criminal charges like bns 248 and other more charges against her as advised by your lawyer!
