Record her voice. Keep screenshot of her calls whatsapp and normal call. Better to use screen recorder app to make a video of her calls logs history.

Talk to her and record the threats.

Why do you breakup officially? Just start ignoring her calls, replying to her messages after a day. Say you were busy and start looking for a new girl. She will slowly lose interest herself. I will even suggest giving multiple random men/women her no and paying them to talk with her, she will never come back to you.
