Got into a road accident with a child

So here is a bit about myself i am 15M and used to ride a electric scooty for just normal grocery and stuff so what happens is on 1 aug 2024 my mom told me to get some paneer (cottage cheese) from the nearby dairy when i was going to the dairy a small child around 6-7F came infront of my scooty running crossing the road and I accidentally hit her with my vehicle her uncle was also with her he was not taking proper care and seeing how she is acting on the road and running around as soon it my scooty hitted her forehead started to bleed he was yelling dadi-dadi(grandma) there was alot of blood at her face her home was just beside the road she was running and my scooty was at speed of 20 usually its set to 25 but it go to 35 when the battery is fully charged i panicked and people around me also took her to her home she was black and she was smelling like she didn’t took a shower from many months was very ugly and her family is below middle class so everyone was blaming me her father was also there i tried to explain him the situation but that dumb asşh̤0le just wont litsen then i called my dad he came in and took her to the hospital she was conscious all the time after nearly 2 hour my father returned with the girl and she had a phone too that she was carrying it got cracked and bent they were saying it happend in the accident but i knew it was alredy broke they were using the chance for their own greed and then we got to our home it was just 20 steps away my mom said i dont ride scooty until i turn 18 and about her she got 2 stiches and doctor told the scar need to be dressed every 2 day my father went to change the dressing it with her father my father stopped at a shop to get her some snacks he took a 10rs chips and a bottle of fruty but her father was so despicable human he said (50 wala 4 chip leo aur 2 liter wali fruity lo fridge se nikal ke pia karengi) means get 50 rs 4 chips and 2liter fruity and they will store in fridge and drink it this goes aroud for 1 month after that time i met that man he was saying that he know my dad earlier that why he didn’t took legal action if i took that action what would have happened would i win my case or not
