Got proof of my dad’s affair, confused as to what to do next.

Hi, i need urgent advice. For starters, i am a 20M (Muslim) student studying in 2nd year MBBS. I recently (yesterday 12:10 am) got photographic proof of my father’s extramarital affair with another woman. I wanted ask how i can secure my assets and what legal proceedings can i process against my father, after securing all assets under a trust fund, who’s sole trustee will be my mother and the beneficiary, my sister and me. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Your assets can be called your assets only if they are on your name or someone has mentioned that those assets will be on your name once they die.

Legally if you have assets, your father cannot claim control over them if they are on ur name.

Mom can simply go for divorce by mutual agreement and it will be quicker if ur mom doesn’t asks for alimony/monthly maintenance .

Even if your father is having extra marital affair, those assets are still his. You don’t come anywhere. It’s your mom who can proceed legally.
