March 21, 2025 at 1:54 amThe terms and conditions that u signed must have mentioned that u can claim your money back within 10-15 days.Read them carefully and visit their office and tell them u need money back because of some urgent medical emergency..
Take a female friend/relative with u so that they can argue on ur behalf…

March 21, 2025 at 2:42 amThis is such a common scan now a days. They give you free coupon( usually at a mall) and ask for a lucky draw, then next day they will call to inform that you are a lucky winner and please come to collect your gift. Then they will brainwash you to take their holiday package. Sometimes they even shame you for not taking this package.ย
Please beware. Do not go to claim the price in any lucky draw.-

March 21, 2025 at 2:56 amYes exactly this happened. There was a legal contract and everything which i didn’t read through completely like a dumbass. Even if they provide everything they claimed in the contract it would be ok. But there will be hidden charges ofcourse and other things they claimed orally are not mentioned. The office opens at 11:00. Should I try to go to nearest police station and ask for help?-

March 21, 2025 at 4:12 amThe only way i can think of is to create a scene in their office when there are other prospective customers present. As another user suggested, take two or three women with you to make an impact. The police will likely not intervene. However, even then, the chances of getting your money back are very slim.Of course, you can file a complaint with the consumer forum, but there is no certainty about when the case will be heard.

March 21, 2025 at 9:45 amUpdate: i involved the police and cyber crime. They said they are a legitimate company and if I dont want to proceed with the membership, they ll return the money in 15-20 days. Basically they got their account frozen by cybercell and need it to be de-freezed from my end-
