Got screwed by estartup india for company formation

Back in December I approached estartup india for company formation and they took almost 2 months to complete registration and then they started GST application which is ongoing even now, which is another 2 months. Every time I call them they won’t lift the call and in every mail they just write something like we tried reaching you over phone or as per our telephone conversation. Am I getting scammed or ignored? How do I make sure they are actually filling my application?

P.s: I’m outside of India but my business partner lives in India.

I’d suggest sticking to a local guy. These online services are the worst.

I tried Vakilsearch for GST and failed miserably two times. Reached out to local CA and got it within a week. Yeah, I gifted 10k.

To fast-track your GST, you have to shell out some money.

Better to go for a CA whom you or your partner knows.
