UI am 27M, online shopping has GST discount to claim for business so thought I will open cyber cafe as busniess and then buy electronic from it. I came though this site onlinelegalindia as they we claming to get done without any hassel.
I bought for private limited company for 3500, after that I got a called and some GST filing charge 1000 along with 3 months GST 2300 I was asked to pay. After that trademark charges 4500 and then ISO charge 6100.Now they want me to pay for Premium trademark regisration for 8000. I was paying previously thinking they know the process and they would say like last step and required. I don’t want the business now, I know that was just a stupid idea I wanted to try and implement
I have not submitted any document till now Is there any way i could get my money back. I dont want to invest any more in this. If possible please help me

WYou opened a business to claim easy tax benefits, and they opened a business to claim your money. Everyone had the same goal, just different winners!

BOk so, These online services are for those who know clearcut what they want and know how to do it, but want to pay for service to save time and complexity.
Its ok that you tried an idea, it was human desire to experiment.
Trademark and ISO certification for a cybercafe. Does it/Did it ever make sense to you? I guess at premium trademark you have understood.
You’re not getting your money back sorry. At best you may move legally stating fraud. But dont keep hope. It will only be for stopping them from scamming others at best.
Now listen, listen carefully. You need to close down that company, and the GST registration. For company there is compliances each year, after some years of non-filing the company name will be removed from Register automatically. But its still better to close manually. You may consult a CA (in person, no more online shenanigans for you my friend) and see what they have to say. Whether let it close automatically or do manual closing. You dont suggest closing, let them suggest/advice accordingly.
Also, 2300 for GST filing. You didn’t have any business right. Then why you paid what looks like tax liability?! Anyways FYI, input GST ITC can be claimed only against output tax liability. Its not so easy to get in cash.

UThis website itself should be sued for fake advertising for handling consumer complaints. On their page they showcase a small Professional fees like 1499+GST. One feels like this is the money that will be charged to handle your case.
But your case is then transferred to a lawyer who will start with a fees 10x this fees to handle your case.
This is never mentioned by onlinelegalindia while enrolling you.
After speaking to customer care it was told that it is the lawyer’s fee which will be repaid after winning the case and this will be the last charge that will be taken.
But no, the lawyers will keep asking for more money at every stage like affidavit filing charges, this charge and that charge.
All these charges will make your amount paid to the lawyers become at least 10x than your dispute amount.
The lawyers to whom this is outsourced are also not of good quality.
It is companies like these that make a common man distrust the legal system. -

The process was straight forward and their team was responsive to my questions. Maybe there’s been some inconsistency in their service quality or different services have varying experience? It’s a good reminder to always do your research and maybe even get a second opinion when it comes to legal matters online. Hope you get your issues resolved quickly.

UContact them and ask them about the previous service that you took from them. I don’t know why you are facing this issue because one if my friend recommended me online legal India and even he had a good experience with them.

UI suggest you call on their query number and ask then directly. Doing nothing won’t lead to anywhere.

UJust a month or less than that I took gst return service from them and whenever I called them or mailed them, they replied. The reply I didn’t get it instantly it is true but they do contact back within 24hours. You might have taken service from a different company bro. 😐

UTheir representative asked me 4 services are required for my task and he told me one by one
So he would this is the last one you need to buy (During initial call only ask what all he required and he told a few documents only which I had)He came up with multiple Canva related services that were not even required. How can such companies be real
