        Hi everyone,

Iโ€™m dealing with a frustrating issue with GoWarranty regarding my laptop’s extended warranty service. My service request (SR002106) has been pending since March 24, 2025, despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from their team. They even promised a resolution call within an hour on April 3, but I havenโ€™t received any update yet.

This delay is severely affecting my studies as my exams are approaching, and I rely on my laptop for online courses. Despite repeated calls to customer care, Iโ€™ve only received false promises and no concrete action.

Iโ€™ve decided to escalate this legally but need advice:

What is the best legal approach in such cases?

Should I file a complaint on platforms like eDaakhil or Voxya?

Can I demand compensation for the mental agony caused by their negligence?

Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

        Thank you!

Hi. Iโ€™m a lawyer here. Write them a very stringent email, as good as a legal notice, but not a legal notice, as for that you would require an Advocate. State facts qua your communication with them and tell them that youโ€™re contemplating legal action, if the needful is done at the earliest. If that doesnโ€™t work out, then consider sending a notice and you can consider filing a complaint in the worst case scenario.
