March 8, 2025 at 11:45 amA person is absolute owner of the land, but the neighbour(land broken) is not letting them construct on it.An FIR was registered against the neighbour, but still objecting to construction.
The police did not do much.
What other legal ways are available besides FIR?

March 8, 2025 at 12:04 pmOnly a court order can stop the construction. Why is he objecting. If he thinks encroachment or building not following byelaws, then he needs to get a stay from court.-

OP
March 8, 2025 at 12:11 pmI know.
But they paid off the police, so the police did not do much. And they are still not allowing construction.
Is there a way these people can get an injunction against the agressors to show the police that they cannot object to construction?
