May 4, 2025 at 7:07 pmHi fellow Redditors,I’m Manu from India, and my partner Jenny from Poland. We are professional photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and digital artists. We’ve been working with a client from Delhi for two months, but things have taken a turn for the worse. Despite completing the work, he’s refusing to pay the remaining amount and is instead demanding that we should return money he’s already paid. To make matters worse, he’s been using abusive language on calls.
We’ve decided to stop working with him, but he’s continuing to harass us with daily calls and emails, demanding payment. We’re looking for legal advice or guidance on how to handle this situation. Has anyone else faced something similar? Are there any legal professionals who can offer suggestions or assistance?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you ππ»

May 4, 2025 at 9:09 pmGive me a detailed account along with orders placed or invoices raised, I’ll draft a legal notice and send it to your client in Delhi. That should shut him up.-
