        ok so i am 16[1/2] yo old from a small town of rajasthan

        live with my mother and sister

        my father died before

        my grandfather , mere dadaji hamse hamesha ladai karte hai

        phele voh isi ghar me rhte the

        one day[nov 2024] , ham hamare windows ke khidki laga rhe the unhone hamare se bina fltu me ladai ki ,bole mujhse bina puche khidki laga rhe [it was for our own bedroom and our kitchen]

        then unhone hamare nana ji , relatives and caste ke sab ko bulaya jaise gav me panch baithta hai na vaise and said me batwara kar rha hun [NOVEMBER 2024]]

        and also he had 7 other propertry and houses

        chalo koi nhi unhone kaha ham toh hamare bade ghar me rhenge voh yaha nhi aa rhe the toh hamne phir bhi adjust karliya but from this january they are coming again and again and from the front gate

        and also gave the house on rent [piche wala house ] but they will come from front gate , they are doing dadgiri

        and this is not normal family rent this are women from om shanti organistaion there will be 20-30 people who will daily come in our house and leave

        like phele unki family wale bhi piche se hi aare the and ab??

          jab sidhi ungli se ghee na nikle toh ungli thedhi karni padti hai, ya toh panchayat firse bithao

          wrna legal options explore karo, or dada ji sari property par claim dalwao mummy se, in this option you should have strong support from your mumma family and current neighbours. also get a good lawer, or ha case mazbuti bnane ke liye puri dada ki family par case dalna.

          i know study par fark padta hai, but you have to deal with it. also jab ladai krne chacha wgera aae toh you have to deal with them, both legally and Physically.

                      Since your father has passed away, you and your mother have legal inheritance rights over his share of ancestral property. Your grandfather cannot force you out unfairly.

                      Find a local property lawyer in Rajasthan who can review the signed document from the “panch” meeting and then send a formal notice to your grandfather to honor the agreement or stop harassing you.

                          Ancestral property ke legal meaning alag hai i guess, something around 2-3 generation. Dada ki property me leagal right ka may be complicated

                              I might be wrong but the priority in inheritance goes to the spouse and then kids right? So the the op’s mother is the spouse of his late husband and the assets of father is legally owned by the mother and there is only one generation gap

                                  What i meant to say that OP ke dada can decide what percentage of property he gives to OP/OP’s mother if the property was purchased by his money.

                                  OP can have legal claim for lets say what ever his great grandfather purchase

                                  Is it possible to rent/sell your partitioned house and move somewhere else?

                                  File a partition suit for dividing the property as per your share. Also, seek injunction against your peaceful possession.
