Harrasment case for texting and following for one day

The story begins 4 years back. I saw a girl in the marraige and i started loving her from then. I will be keeping request in her instagram. After 2 years that is in 2023 she blocked me there. Then i kept asking her friends for her mobile number. Every time i ask like this she will tell to her brother and he will call me and tell me that dont do. Its waste of time.

But after waiting for 4 years i decided to meet her directly and i went to busstop. This time also she gave complaint to her brother then this time their parents came into action and saying that they will be keeping harrasment case by showing two screenshots that i pinged her frnds and following for one day.

I said sorry and i said i dont come next time also. Then also they are not listening. They are threatning me that they will kill me also.

How can i defend this case if they call me from police station. Please give me some suggestions.

If she told you that she didn’t like you and said no to you.You didn’t have to follow her like that.
What were you expecting after all?
The problem here is that those people are probably not sure about you leaving from her life.
They think that you will come back to create problems in her life.
That’s why they are going tough on you.
The better thing is just to maintain distance and give them surety that you are never going to disturb her again.

All these were stupid moves but now let it be somehow make them believe you that you won’t do this again and even try telling them that if they saw you doing such things again then can do whatever they want further and you’ll be then ready for the consequences

Bro, I understand that you felt a connection with her, what has happened is done and dusted.

You stay away from her and her place. Make sure you don’t approach her ever, it’s dangerous for you.

They won’t go to PS, the information they are sharing is related to stalking for which you can be punished but I think they won’t reach out if you don’t approach her.

Never follow and go behind someone when they say no to you. I know that you have understood that now
