Pathetic service and harassment by Global Skoda Siliguri

Hello everyond

On 12 Mar 2025 , I was told that my vehicle kushaq style 1.5 DSG was ready for delivery.
After I reached the showroom, Global Skoda siliguri was totally shocked to look at the condition of the vehicle.
The body was full of scratches and chrome part had deep scratches and rust

There were many issues since day one with dealership, but I was still ok considering the vehicle is good.

Please help me what to do legally and how can i resolve this?

I have not accepted the delivery

File a complaint with skoda and report the skoda agent

Even if RTO is done you can deny.
Did you do PDI ??
Os just sign all the paperwork?
If you have the picture of the car with scratches, write to skoda india, hopefully you get a replacement car with no additional cost,
The service centre might offer you a PPF coating/ ceramic coating at their cost and extended warranty. You will have to choose. If you really dnt want a damaged piece then you should approach a lawyer and file a case in consumer court.
