March 12, 2025 at 4:25 amI’m dealing with a frustrating situation involving a defective product purchase from Flipkart. I filed a complaint through the E-Jagriti portal, but it seems like the portal isn’t working properly at the court end. I received a call from the court saying I need to submit physical documents and follow an offline process.Has anyone else experienced this? Is it common for the E-Jagriti portal to have technical issues, or am I just unlucky?
I’d love to hear about your experiences with consumer disputes and how you handled them. Any advice or insights would be super helpful!
**TL;DR:**ย E-Jagriti portal not working, court asking for offline filing. Has anyone else faced this?

March 12, 2025 at 4:53 amUnfortunately there is no option left other than an offline complaint.1. Even if it accept e-jagriti documents and everything, you have to send all the documents physical copies in person and bear the cost of post to the opponent office.
2. You have to go to the court to fight your case.
