If I do not receive the information even after the second appeal of my RTI (Right to Information), what legal steps can I take next? I am from Rajasthan, and I had filed the RTI online.

              Lawyer here.
File a writ of mandamus in high court.

I’m handling several similar cases. The only option is to file a writ in high court.

If your RTI is related to state public authority then it goes to SIC. If it’s related to centre public authority, then it goes to CIC.
Since you have already filed the second appeal, you must have already approached the SIC.
Next step is to file a writ of mandamus.

If your second appeal has not yielded a response, you can escalate the matter by [filing a complaint ](https://rtiwala.com/product/file-rti-online-to-get-fir-copy-or-police-complaint)with the Rajasthan State Information Commission. If the delay persists, you may also consider approaching the High Court through a writ petition for enforcement of your RTI rights.
