March 17, 2025 at 1:50 pmIf your RTI is related to state public authority then it goes to SIC. If itβs related to centre public authority, then it goes to CIC.
Since you have already filed the second appeal, you must have already approached the SIC.
Next step is to file a writ of mandamus.

March 19, 2025 at 6:24 amIf your second appeal has not yielded a response, you can escalate the matter by [filing a complaint ](https://rtiwala.com/product/file-rti-online-to-get-fir-copy-or-police-complaint)with the Rajasthan State Information Commission. If the delay persists, you may also consider approaching the High Court through a writ petition for enforcement of your RTI rights.
