Hello I needed an advice I’m facing an issue. My friend has photos and videos of me smoking weed , can the police arrest me on the basis of that? Even if I have currently completely stopped it’s consumption?

Previously I used to smoke weed a lot but currently I have stopped it’s consumption, but a few friends of mine have photos and videos of me smoking ganja, so could I be arrested for that?

No. You could only be blackmailed if people think you are an easy prey. If that happens, you need to retain all the proofs of that and use it to threaten them back. If anyone finds them, call it AI deepfake and laugh it off.

Didn’t understand it.. Let’s say my friend gets caught smoking weed and the police goes through his gallery to find my photos of weed, so can he arrest me?? Even if I have quit consumption.

You cannot be arrested for smoking from a rolled joint. It could be tobacco
