UWhat can I do so basically due to the hospital and the doctor’s mistake my grandfather’s kidney failed and we are trying to seek legal help regarding the situation can someone please tell us what should be our next course of action and what we can do for some context the hospital is a well reputed Private hospital.

UTake all the records into ur custody. They will obviously object, but it’s ur right nonetheless. U can bring in an outside doctor for consultation. If there was a procedure or a surgery carried out, there would be the doctor’s notes for it. Try to get those. Show the records to a 2nd doctor and ask if there was medical negligence on the part of the performing doctor.
