Help! Issues with Refund from Decorpot (Bengaluru) – Delayed Promises and No Resolution, Any Advice?

I contacted a company in Bengaluru, Decorpot, for interior services. They provided a quote of 6 lakhs and requested a 5% deposit on December 31st, citing potential price increases in 2025. They assured me that if I decided not to proceed within 15 days, they would refund the deposit. I informed them within 7 days that I wouldn’t continue, and they promised to return the money by January 20th. Afterward, they set a new deadline for the first week of February. Now, they are stating the refund will be made by the end of February. Is there any way I can file a complaint to resolve this issue?
