Recently I purchase a online course where the counselor promised me that they will provide exam voucher,after purchasing he is saying that it is not included in course,i don’t have proof where he said he will provide exam voucher,I am asking for refund and there is no refund policy,the course is not started yet need help ASAP please guide me. Location: INDIA

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Even if they say there’s “no refund policy,” , consumer protection laws still apply, especially if you were misled, even verbally. It might feel like your hands are tied, but you *can* take action. File a complaint at [consumerhelpline.gov.in](https://consumerhelpline.gov.in) or I think there is an NCH app as well. Since the course hasn’t started yet, keep pushing back and ask for everything in writing. Also, sharing your experience through reviews can help others avoid the same trap. Hope it works for you.

Thanks for the reply and information i will file a complaint but i dont have evidence also the i have replied to there mail with i accept and understand the process after that he said it is not available
