How do I report. How much evidence do i need when I can’t touch his phone. I see my future ruined but I don’t want to keep suffering. I feel disgusted every time I see him. I don’t want to live with my abuser. I can’t run away, I don’t want to leave my mother behind, she ‘ll be heartbroken when she gets to know. He didn’t even spare his own mother. Such an evil, ge should be in jail.

Really bad non legal advice. You can’t predict what the mothers reaction will be. Indian moms are typically more emotionally motivated and affectionate towards sons. Speaking to mother first might not help OP.

Brother needs to be jailed asap. That’ll be a wakeup call to the mother as well

I know about incident with a boy (possibly mentally ill). The mother always backed her son and even initiated divorce proceedings against husband when he suggested kicking son out. Mind you son was a full adult, older than 21 at the time.

Sorry for what you’re going through I suggest look for an NGO that will support to stand strong then move to police case. But get ready to go through a lot both from your mom and others as well

I doubt your mother will support you because indian parents care more about their reputation than their child life
Your family might not help you or might prefer compomise

Yes but does he seek help regarding this? Or does he violate other’s rights, safety and security? Just being diagnosed doesnt give anyone immunity. Rather court may mandate psychiatric care in correctional facility

😡😡 I am so sorry that you have to go through this. Please stay strong. Somehow try to figure out his key pattern lock. If the phone is a fingerprint then feed him sleep inducing medicines (in his food), open it and do the rest. Don’t even think of sharing anything with your mom. Take care.

Just tell him that you are aware of what he is doing. Tell him to shut it all else you will tell everything to your mom. That should scare him.

My advise is to tell HIM that you are aware of what he is doing. If that does not work, as it becomes addiction, no option than to tell mom.
