USo As the title says my senior’s girlfriend’s life is in danger..I’m sharing the situation that he told me
We need help..it’s about her life!!
From last 5 years I’m in a serious relationship with a girl who used to be my classmate, one and a half year before one incident happened so she used to be so mentally disturbed so I asked her about it and she fearfully told me that one of her cousin has raped her, she was traumatized by this thing and couldn’t think of what to do
I calmed her and asked her to tell someone elder in her family about the situation, she told it to her mom but her mom didn’t took any action and later on her family got to know about our relationship so took her phone and all
So after few weeks I went her home and her father after looking me started beating and abusing me, I told her dad also about what happened to her in the past in home only which is said to be the safest place for a girl , her father said that is none of my concern and sent me back after beating, after a few months when she got her phone back and messaged me and told me that no one is family is worried about what happened to me without my consent but each and every one is abusing me for a relationship which was the only reason for my happiness
So we decided to elope from house, so on March 3rd she got a chance to go to market with her mom so we ran from there together but due to some carelessness we got caught her family came to me crying and touched my feet to ask her to go to home with them, they promised that they will get us married, she didn’t wanted to go and also said that don’t trust my family but I asked to her to trust them for one last time she asked her family not to take her phone back and let us be in contact her family agreed for that also but even though she wasn’t trusting them so they wrote on a paper and signed for marriage so after all this she went home
Soon after reaching home her phone got switched off I tried to contact her through her family phone numbers but no body replied later I got heart attack and got admitted in hospital so my mother called her father and asked her for marriage her father replied that she will kill her daughter and go to jail and get bail within a month so I called her father and wished him sorry and not to killl her
I agreed to stay away from her life but later on on 9 March at midnight I received message of her telling that her life is in danger and to help her, after looking the message I ran from my home and went to the near head police office and told them about the situation, they said to file case in her nearest police station so I went there but they didn’t took any right action instead they warned me to stay away from this matter, I called women helpline number also but didn’t received any help from there also, now her life is at stake and I need immediate help to save her.
Please help me in the possible ways

UIf it is , then the case can be escalated under posco ( since the girl got raped when she was still a juvenile) . No way am I a lawyer but I know for a fact that PAN INDIA , the police takes one matter seriously and that is of POSCO ( if the rapist isn’t that powerful ) .
The police is the only choice he has , poor guy.

CFile a habeaus corpus petition immediately in court and tell this to nearby trustful NGOs and ask for their help. Since she is a major police are required by law to produce her in court. Once when the court comes to the conclusion that she is not willing to stay with her parents and she has threat to her life, the court will order for a police protection for her. Understanding from how the father spoke to you, it is clear that he has influence or power or someone with those backing him. So do things before he finds out and has time to do something.

UDanger from whom? Think from her parent’s perspective. Your daughter has already been raped by one guy, and now another guy is after her. Would any sane parent trust you – a complete unknown? Especially if they can’t even trust their own. Just leave her alone, not only you’re making her situation worse, you’re gonna get yourself in in a rape case and have your life ruined. If her parents are that controlling they can easily get her to file a case on you. Repeat after me: You are not the white knight you think you are. You’re seriously playing with fire. Walk away while you’re still unharmed.

I can only tell you what I would have done if the situations were so dire with me…..
Storm her place with a group of people and beat the family up for SA and cruelty and then bahu ko wahi sey uthao.
Phir ladki sey FIR likhwao family k naam pey.This process is the process of rubbing your balls in their faces. 👍🏼.

UMARRY her first, then file a complaint along with a case in HIGHT COURT, GET an FIR, Then a TRO and most importantly WOMEN’S NGO, get as many as you can, document all this on social media if you fear you’re not being heard, It’s your Only Chance Bubba

UI said marriage because that creates a strong case for OP, He should’ve done it in the first place but now it’s up to him how he does it, i just gave the relevant information that makes a strong case for OP, if he manages to free her his first step should be marrying her legally if not in court then atleast at temple where he gets a marriage certificate.
Now it isn’t that hard to make two & two of the information if you know what you’re doing, is it?
