Help needed: an employee asked for favours in exchange for job

Hi,

I was applying to a Big4 company and connected with an employee for referral. We had connected on phone call and suddenly he asked me that he could get me a job if I share my Instagram with him and try dating him. This is really unprofessional. Is there anything I can do?

Drop an email to his HR. Include whatever evidence you have.

If you really want to cause chaos, go on LinkedIn and put him on blast!

File a complaint online. Also, there’s nothing called as a blacklist.

Why don’t you try it. See what happens.
Before starting ask him to send you mail through his official email id. If he denies then call him pervert and block him.

Then talk to him decently and always say you will think about it and you need time.
If he said first do some hanky panky then again call him and block him. If you need you now have his email and chat recording. Just report him to HR.

If you got a job then think if you want to continue or not. Just politely say No to him and if he say tell him nothing is done for free. He will get a referral bonus. If he still disturbs you then again call him pervert and block him. Then report to HR.

If you have messages form him, yes you can but don’t expect a lot of things from HR as you are not an employee yet and HR is there to secure his employee
